Purchasing & Returns

PR-01 – Online Order Cancellation
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item once cancellation has been confirmed.
PR-02 – Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy in line with UK consumer law. This may include a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the situation.
PR-03 – Returns Conditions
Items should be returned in a suitable condition. Customers are liable for costs incurred returning products for refund. Customers may handle items to inspect them, but excessive handling that reduces value may affect the refund amount where applicable.
PR-04 – Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
PR-05 – Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
