TE-01 – Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation, but this does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in the event of stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
TE-02 – Product Description & Variation
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. As items are 3D printed, slight variations in colour, finish, and visible layer detail may occur. These variations are a natural part of the process and do not constitute a fault.
TE-03 – Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy in line with UK consumer law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. (GOV.UK)
